We are compiling information about the nonprofits in this state, particularly those who are building, or plan to build, permanent endowments that will benefit from the Nebraska Charitable Tax Credit. We'd like to know if your organization has received a qualifying gift for which your donor will receive a charitable tax credit.
We'd also like to know your thoughts about our website and any changes you would like to see in the legislation when the State Senators consider extending the sunset from the current January 1, 2010.
